How to Initiate a Return, Exchange or Cancellation:

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

1) The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and with tags attached).

2) It must be in its original packaging.

3)  The device should have no physical damage.

4) iCloud, passcode, SIM lock, and Google accounts must be logged out of the device.

5) A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchange

If something isn’t quite right or you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, don’t worry!

We’re committed to providing the best support to resolve any issues.

As long as the item is returned in the same condition as when it was received, we can offer an
exchange.

Customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs. We will inform you of the shipping label cost, and please note that only our provided label can be used for shipping both ways.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll promptly process the exchange. 


 

Cancellation

At cellular Planet, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is immediately queued for fulfillment.

Before Shipment

  1. Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us promptly.
  2. Transaction Fee: A 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover payment processing costs. 

After Shipment

  1. Return at Your Expense: If the product has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you must return the item at your own cost.
  2. Non-Refundable Express Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping cost paid by you is non-refundable, as it has already been charged by the shipping carrier.
  3. Transaction Fee Deduction: Upon receipt of the returned item, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  4. Condition of Return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  5. The item must be shipped via Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx with the Signature Required option. Please provide us with the tracking number once shipped. The package must be returned to:
