Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If an order is placed with an incomplete or incorrect address, and the issue is identified after the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to assist in correcting the address. Once an order has been completed or shipped, it is considered final. Please ensure that all address details are accurate before finalizing your purchase.
  2. Restricted Areas: Certain locations may be ineligible for shipping due to carrier restrictions. If a shipment cannot be delivered to a specific address, it may be returned to the sender. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees.

D. Damaged

Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days. We will atleast  9 or more photos from different angle of the damage for processing your request further.

Upon notification, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that only the sender (us) can file a claim for a lost package.

● Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Preventive Measures
To minimize the risk of lost or stolen packages:
● Provide Secure Delivery Instructions: Ensure that your delivery address is secure and accessible.

F. Signature Confirmation Policy

To enhance security and prevent fraudulent activities, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders. This ensures that your package is handed directly to you or an authorized recipient at the provided address.

Requiring a signature upon delivery helps protect against fraudulent chargebacks and disputes. A signed receipt serves as documented proof that the package was
delivered to the correct recipient. This measure ensures that packages are not left unattended, reducing the risk of theft or loss.

1) If no one is available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
