4. Our Response to Infringement Claims
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we will:
● Investigate the claim promptly.
● Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
● Notify the user responsible for the material.
● In certain cases, suspend or terminate the user account responsible for repeated or egregious violations.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with us including:
● Your name, address, and phone number.
● Identification of the material removed and its previous location.
● A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and restore the material in 10-14 business days if no legal action is filed.
6. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
