Returns & Warranty

original condition and packaging.
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery,

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are
typically processed within 2-4 business days.
Yes! All phones come with a 90-day warranty covering hardware
and manufacturing defects. Some exclusions apply (e.g., physical

Make a video of you opening the box, and show any signs of damage to product or the box. If your device arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Order & Express Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a
tracking number via email. You can use this number to track
your package on the carrier’s website.
Standard shipping usually takes 1–4 business days, depending
on your location. We ship nationwide and offer real-time tracking
on all orders.
At this time, we ship only within Canada. We are working on
expanding our international shipping options—stay tuned!

Selling Phones
Yes! You can trade in your old phone for credit toward a new
device. However, please note that trade-ins are not
guaranteed. The device must meet our eligibility criteria to be

No, we do not sell refurbished phones. All of our phones are 100% original and in their factory condition with all original parts. None of the components have been replaced or repaired—they are not refurbished in any way. We sell used, original phones as-is.

We sell both new and certified pre-owned devices.
Our devices come with the charging cable and SIM ejector tool.
If you’d like to add a case or cover, please give us a call! Our
team can show you available options through a video call. We
can also offer special pricing for accessories since you’re
purchasing a phone from us.
Each phone is then thoroughly cleaned, reset to factory
settings, and all personal data is completely wiped. Only after
passing all tests do we list the phone for sale.
All our devices come with a warranty and are graded based on
cosmetic condition, so you know exactly what to expect before
you buy.
