📱 What’s Covered Under Our 60-Day Phone Warranty
Our 60-day warranty covers manufacturer-related defects and issues that may occur under normal use, including:
● 🔌 Charging port malfunctions
● 📷 Camera functionality problems
● 🔊 Speaker or microphone defects
● ✅ Any defects noticed upon arrival
● 📶 Network or signal issues (not caused by carrier restrictions)
● 💡 Display issues (e.g., unresponsive touch, — as long as there’s no physical damage)
● 🔋 Battery performance problems (if the battery fails to hold a charge under normal use)
● 📱 Software malfunctions (related to the original system; excludes third-party apps or user modifications)
If your device experiences any of the issues above within the warranty period, it will be replaced or fixed free of charge.
🚫 What’s Not Covered Under the 60-Day Warranty
Our 60-day warranty is designed to protect you against manufacturer defects, but it does not cover the following:
● Loss or Theft
The warranty does not cover lost or stolen devices.
● Display Issues
Issues like unresponsive touch, dead pixels, or screen malfunctions are not covered.
● Physical Damage
Cracked screens, dents, scratches, or any damage caused by drop or impact.
● Normal Wear and Tear
Cosmetic issues like worn buttons, scuffs, or fading that occur with regular use.
● Water or Liquid Damage
Exposure to liquids, even if the device is advertised as water-resistant, is not covered.
● Battery Degradation Over Time
Natural battery wear due to usage is expected and not covered (unless a severe issue arises within the 60-day window).
● Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any attempts to open, modify, or repair the device by a third party will void the warranty.
● Software Issues Caused by User Modifications
Problems resulting from rooting, jailbreaking, or installing unofficial software are not covered.
